Surgical Consultations
We charge a consultation fee that will be applied to your surgery cost when you schedule your procedure. We want you to get to know more about our practice, explore your procedures of interest, and make an informed decision about who you choose to work with, without money being a deciding factor, which is why we keep our fee at $250 for consultations with Dr. Jacob Haiavy, Dr. Irene Tower, and Dr. Emma Ryan.
The consultation fee to see our MD fellow surgeon, Nurse Practitioners, or Concierge Coordinators is $150.
All treatment plans and final surgery determination will be completed by Dr. Haiavy Dr. Tower, or Dr. Ryan; you will meet them before your surgery during your pre-operative appointment, or sooner. You will have up to one year from date of consultation to schedule your procedure and your consultation fees will be deducted from the final price of your procedure.

*When is cosmetic surgery covered by insurance?
Inland Cosmetic Surgery accepts some PPO insurance plans, though the majority of cosmetic surgery procedures are not covered by health insurance. Breast reconstructive cases, like correcting a congenital breast deformity, breast reconstruction after cancer, and larger breast reductions may be covered by some insurance companies.
Septoplasty, capsular contracture release, panniculectomy, hernia repair, and some other specific procedures may also be covered by some insurances. If a patient wants to try to use their insurance for any of these procedures, we bill the insurance company an initial consultation fee on the patients first appointment with one of our surgeons.
If you have any questions regarding your insurance and what procedures they will cover, please contact your insurance provider.
