What is Brazilian butt lift surgery (fat grafting to the buttocks)?

This procedure is more involved and requires a longer recovery than a Brazilian butt lift, but it can provide a greater volume boost.
During butt implant surgery, a silicone gel implant is inserted beneath the gluteus maximus muscle through incisions made by your cosmetic surgeon. This placement allows for a fuller projection than some Brazilian butt lift procedures might. After buttock augmentation with an implant, it may take several months before you feel completely comfortable with the implant.
