Inland Cosmetic Surgery announces that its former cosmetic surgery fellow and associate cosmetic surgeon, Emma Ryan, DO, has recently become a Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS). Dr. Ryan follows in the footsteps of colleagues Jacob Haiavy, MD and Irene Tower, MD.

Dr. Ryan completed her residency in general surgery at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, and has since dedicated her career to cosmetic surgery. After being personally selected by renowned Rancho Cucamonga cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jacob Haiavy to participate in his AACS-accredited cosmetic surgery fellowship, Dr. Ryan was invited to stay on and join Inland Cosmetic Surgery’s expert team of providers. She has performed hundreds of successful procedures and specializes in breast enhancement, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation.

The ABCS requires rigorous training and testing, including a written exam, an oral exam, and the submission of a required number of case studies on a comprehensive range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Only a small percentage of cosmetic surgeons in the United States have achieved this distinction.
