38-year-old female, shown 1-year postoperatively, from liposuction to the upper/lower abdomen, waist, and back along with fat transfer to the buttocks. She also had breast augmentation with saline implants filled to 570cc on the left side and 610cc on the right side. The difference in implant size helps to correct a slight asymmetry in the breasts.
