45-year-old female with three children. She developed bilateral grade 3 capsular contracture with breast asymmetry and
glandular ptosis over the implant. Her surgery was breast re-augmentation with bilateral capsulectomy and capsulotomy. She chose smooth, round, silicone SSX 420 cc implants.
