48-year-old female with concerns of post-partum atrophy, loss of volume, mild asymmetry, and a scar on the upper right quadrant of her right breast. She underwent breast augmentation with IMF silicone Mentor Moderate Plus implants. To address the mild asymmetry we used a 450 cc implant on the right side and 475 cc implant on the left.
